∎ High proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, as well as Canva

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as the ‘point of contact’ for data and reporting management for the Banking Partnership team.
∎ Analyze data extracts from source systems and validate if they meet business requirements; collaborate with Data Engineers to enhance the extracts.
∎ Perform Excel prototyping for forecasting analyses.
∎ Propose, create, and deliver business-oriented management information (MI) to share with wider business audiences.
∎ Support all campaign development initiatives and service marketing efforts.
∎ Collaborate closely with the campaign and marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns and service marketing initiatives.
∎ Coordinate with Relationship Managers (RMs) for banks, cards, and ATMs to ensure all partner communications are delivered effectively.
∎ Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive alignment and support for initiatives.
∎ Participate in regular team meetings, performance reviews, and development sessions to maintain high standards of performance and engagement.
∎ Ensure compliance with the highest ethical standards, including regulatory and business conduct requirements, by understanding and adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and bKash’s Code of Conduct.
∎ Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risks, conduct issues, and compliance matters effectively and collaboratively.
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ To assist the Banking Partnership team by developing analytical data models, creating automated reports (in collaboration with business intelligence teams), and preparing business plans as inputs for communications and campaigns aimed at acquiring, retaining, and winning back customers for relevant products under the Banking Partnership team. Additionally, the incumbent will maintain business relationships with partner financial institutions to drive service growth initiatives and roll out new or existing relevant bKash solutions.
