∎ Ha-Meem Group is looking for committed and performance driven candidate in the position of " Sr. Officer / Officer- Brand Coordination" for Planning & Coordination department of Accessories unit.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To update the concerned merchandisers about order quantity, lead time and production forecast on a regular basis.
∎ To prepare data of order quantity and delivery status of all the concerned stake holders i.e. sewing factory, accessories units.
∎ To follow up on a regular basis the concerned sewing factory, accessories units and pertinent merchandisers.
∎ To inform the supervisor spontaneously if any irregular issue is noticed during the flow of tasks.
∎ PO Tracker monitoring on regular basis.
∎ To restrict any sort of data sharing by any official to any Business Rivals.
∎ Any other directives by the Head of Department and Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be smart & energetic.
∎ Must have good communication skill.
∎ Proficiency in computer knowledge.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
