Sound knowledge in Tally & ERP.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context : This position is exclusively for Export & Import functions within the Accounts Department of a sweater readymade garments factory.
Job Responsibilities
Daily all LC & Local purchase journal entry ERP-9 (Suh as C & F, Yarn, Accessories)
Prepare C & F, Transport bill checking & payment entry ERP
Reconcile all intercompany transactions
Prepare monthly cost report and analysis
Daily bank receives, payment & cheque payment entry ERP
Preparing bank reconciliation statement
Booking expense entry into system according to expense head
Documentation for all financial papers
Filing finance records and manage accordingly
Check the supplier bill for final approval
Preparation daily vouchers & post it to tally ERP
Prepare the export and import purchase vouchers & post it to tally ERP
Prepare Financial Statement in compliance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard)
Any other tasks assigned by management.
