Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, configure, troubleshoot operating systems, application software, system management tools, network printer, scanner etc.
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot smooth operation of LAN/ WAN to ensure all users to use and share available network resources.
∎ Provide on time and accurate quality of support for ensuring smooth operation of desktop/ laptop, network and system availability for individual user.
∎ Install, configure and troubleshoot individual client's corporate email account and internet access.
∎ Create and manage user accounts in Windows server based Active Directory Services and corporate email accounts in Linux based mail server.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software related problem of branch offices using remote access software.
∎ Visit branches to install and resolve problem related to computer hardware, network, software and VPN related issues.
∎ Hardware assembles, troubleshoot and repair of desktop/ laptop computer.
∎ Supervise and monitor all kind of printer and UPS related repair work of Head office, Local office and all branches.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good working knowledge in Computer Network & Systems, Security Management of IT Systems, Linux, AD, DNS, DHCP, IP Addressing, VPN
