Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent need to track PO details from SAP and follow up actual fabric and trims ordering and receiving status
∎ The incumbent continuously need to check fabric and trims inventory status and ensure the proper utilization of it
∎ The incumbent need to work with CAD team on improving marker efficiency and saving consumption
∎ The incumbent need to have a visibility or projection ability on possible ship quantity of a particular style
∎ The incumbent need to ensure proper cut quantity against the possible ship quantity
∎ The incumbent need to follow daily and weekly production plan for daily input and output monitoring
∎ The incumbent need to ensure line wise rejection repaired on time and no reject or good garments left in the line or warehouse after shipment
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in woven garments industry under material utilization department
∎ Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
∎ Leadership: Self-driven. Willingness to lead, take charge, offer opinions and direction. Escalates appropriately in a timely manner
∎ Communication: Ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Ability to listen, interact, and communicate conclusions in an efficient and impactful manner
∎ Resilience: Effectively manages stress in a fast-paced setting
∎ Team Work: Works effectively with others to accomplish objectives and goals. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
