Job Responsibilities:
∎ To have adequate knowledge of fire safety management, detection, protection, and Accord & Alliance requirements to ensure fire safety in the garments industry.
∎ Monitor and ensure that the fire hydrant & CFDS are working properly.
∎ Conduct firefighting training from Fire Service & Civil Defense authority and get the certificate.
∎ Should have practical knowledge and working experience with ACCORD/ Alliance/ RSC.
∎ Daily floor visit and ensure fire equipment is functional as well as follow up on the daily checklist activities.
∎ Conduct Fire & Emergency evacuation drills as per the program to aware all workers & staff.
∎ Troubleshooting and implementing effective solutions.
∎ Maintain and monitor the maintenance of all firefighting equipment and replacement.
∎ Ensure modification, installation, maintenance, and operation of fire detection & protection systems.
∎ Give monthly training to all employees on fire safety awareness.
∎ Prepare the factory and documentation for the social audit.
∎ To follow up & ensure timely implementation of CAP.
∎ Identify the risk and hazard based on the work process.
∎ Liaise with different departments for the buyer's visits and take all necessary steps to ensure 100% audit pass.
∎ Keep the factories always ready for the following: social compliance, environmental, security system audits (CTPAT), and fire, electrical, and structural safety audits.
∎ Ensure proper PPE to the relevant employees and health and safety for all employees.
∎ Prepare the factory and documentation of SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, CTPAT, OCS, GOTS, GRS, HIGG facility social & labor module & HIGG facility environment module, audits etc.

∎ Age 26 to 36 years

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 55000 (Monthly)
