Responsibilities & Context:
∎ FCDO’s NABAPALLAB aims to engage biodiversity and natural resource-dependent communities to strengthen the climate resilience of the ECAs, conserve biodiversity, and at the same time, diversify and improve people's livelihood through innovative nature-based (NBS) and locally led adaptation solutions. It will primarily target communities within the 10 km buffer zone of the ECAs, which are critically exposed and vulnerable to climate change impacts and have a lesser capacity to adapt to such changes. It will increase climate resilience of more than 250,000 vulnerable households and ecosystem-based protection and restoration of 5,000km2 area in, especially in the districts of Bagerhat, Satkhira and Khulna in the Sundarbans ECA, and Maulvibazar and Sylhet in Hakaluki Haor. The project will consider the most marginalised communities, involving stakeholders from multiple strata and ensuring ownership of provided interventions. It will also enhance the capacity of the local government bodies to manage and conserve the ECAs effectively and create an enabling environment to implement relevant government plans and policies related to Eco-System based Adaptation (EBA).
∎ -Ensure regular transaction recording and documentation of the Project.
∎ -Monthly cumulative fund request prepare and upload in electric approval system.
∎ -Prepare Monthly Financial Report and Bank Reconciliation report prepare.
∎ - In consultation with the Project Manager will prepare project office budget and make on time funding request.
∎ - Bank and petty cash maintain, Supplier’s payment advance payment and adjusted in due time.
∎ - Ensuring for payment of office utility such as office electricity, Telephone, Gas, Water, and fuel for generator and vehicle etc.
∎ -Scanning monthly bill vouchers and saving into OneDrive.- Ensure support Logistics & visitors accommodation, material, food, vehicle arrangement, safety, and security any others logistics support for meeting.
∎ -Ensure to administrative support procurement, assets, and equipment’s managements.
∎ -Ensure transfer of assets and equipment’s transfer from Faridpur to others working area.
∎ -Ensuring staff attendance, movement register and Motorcycle Logbook, Vehicle Logbook, prepare leave statements in Faridpur Regional office.
∎ -Ensure updated Be Your Best (BYB).
∎ -Support internal Audit, providing supporting documents and information as requested.
∎ -Ensure compliance to PA policies
