• Age At least 25 years

This position is responsible for Planning from greige to finish fabric handover, dyeing machine loading plan considering batch size according to the booking quantity. Continuous follow-up to meet the plan.

• LD status monitor, LD rematch follow-up with lab

• Ensure H/set plan on daily, weekly and monthly basis

• Greige stock monitor and instruct batch section to prepare batch according to plan

• Plan and follow-up for Suede/Brushing/AOP if any

• Follow-up after dyeing till finish fabrics delivery to warehouse

• Order-wise dyeing machine plan following master T&A

• Ensure proper utilization of dyeing machines in the most cost-effective way without hampering T&A

• Dyeing available capacity and booked capacity assessment report preparation

• Declare plans daily, weekly and monthly basis

• Synchronize all production updates and take steps to recover backlogs/shortfalls

• Any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
