Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To deal with Company’s legal matters in consultation with the legal Advisors.
∎ To assist HR & Compliance Department by advising legal issues in taking disciplinary action and employees.
∎ Ensure high level of Hygiene and Cleanliness at all the Agora establishment.
∎ To deal /attend/negotiate/ solve any matter with Government functionaries like the NBR, BSTI, Customs, DOE, Passport & Immigration, BOI, T&T, Labor directorate, Vat Administration, Income Tax, Nutrition Department, Trade Mark Registration etc.
∎ To deal /attend any matter with the any Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Associations or any other organizations.
∎ To do needful for creating opinion in favor creating /amending statutory provisions to suite/ meet/ protect local Supermarket and like businesses and also to do needful for obtaining fiscal benefits to support enhancement of local Supermarket and like businesses.
