∎ Masters degree in any discipline / MBA in HRM/ Post Graduate Diploma In HRM (PGDHRM) will give preference / Training/Trade Course: compliance.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling all types of Social / Building & Electrical Safety/ OCS /GRS/RCS/GOTS and others certifications Audits.
∎ To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards. Interact with factory floor personnel to prepare them for compliance audits and make them aware on maintaining better compliance standards.
∎ Preparing the different complying issues with the COC of the different buyer with a view to face different compliance audits (Social, Technical, Security & QMS) etc.
∎ Prepare corrective action plan with finding the root causes to eliminate the issues permanently.
∎ To check all data, records, reports, formats, statements, files, books & register of related sections /departments are properly for up-date & maintained as per compliance requirement / standards.
∎ Ability to find out the nonconformity and to take proper measures to address the noncompliance issues and present a solution to make it sustainable.
∎ To perform any other jobs as and when advised by the higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Very good knowledge in MS Office Application, Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
