Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/post-graduation (preferable in Supply Chain) from UGC approved university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and submit LC opening documents and confirm the draft LC along with Bank.
∎ Maintain liaison with Bank to submit LC opening documents, endorse shipping documents.
∎ Follow up shipment, custom duty, transportation of raw materials, and process shipping documents with C & F agents.
∎ Maintain database (e.g. LC opening documents, Shipping documents, Cover note, Insurance policy, Voucher, C&F etc.)
∎ Communicate LC voucher, Insurance voucher, shipping documents, Bill of entry to factory end.
∎ Maintain liaison with relevant govt. authority (e.g Khamar bari, BSTI, BCSIR) for import permit (IP) application, sample testing and new products licensing

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Oral & Written Communication Skills in English.
∎ Adequate commercial knowledge.
∎ Should be proactive & have positive attitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
