Education:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University like KUET/AUST/BUTEX/Prime Asia/City/Southeast/NITER etc. with CGPA of 2.75 or Above.
∎ Having major in Wet Processing / Yarn Manufacturing / Fabric Manufacturing / Textile Engineering Management is must.
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University like KUET/AUST/BUTEX/Prime Asia/City/Southeast/NITER etc. with CGPA of 2.75 or Above.
∎ Having major in Wet Processing / Yarn Manufacturing / Fabric Manufacturing / Textile Engineering Management is must.

∎ 4 - 5 years of experience in related field for Sr. Officer and 5 - 7 Years of experience for Asst. Manager from a large Knit Garment Industry;
∎ Team building, enthusiastic, innovative and result oriented Keen knowledge about operation breakdown or machine layout;
∎ Strong knowledge about bottleneck point, line balancing, SMV efficiency and sample making;
∎ Ability to ensure quick changeover and analyze & assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before production;
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord;
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office;
∎ 4 - 5 years of experience in related field for Sr. Officer and 5 - 7 Years of experience for Asst. Manager from a large Knit Garment Industry;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinating and reporting day-to-day activities with the Production Manager.
∎ Assisting in preparing production schedules and timelines
∎ Estimating the costs of the production process, raw materials, and other equipment
∎ Ensuring that the quality and company standards are met.
∎ Coordinating with the team members to ensure the production process is completed as per OTIF
∎ Handling few buyers individually.
∎ Checking the inventory and placing orders for raw materials.
∎ Addressing any production disputes and diverting the urgent ones to the Production Manager.
∎ Should have analytical knowledge in fabric R & D (Knitting & Dyeing) & all type of yarn.
∎ Should have vast knowledge in total fabric finishing process (Batch preparation to finish fab delivery to the customers)
∎ Understand different buyers test requirements.
∎ Creating and maintaining a report of the production status.
∎ Assisting in hiring and training new team members.
∎ Ensuring that all safety and health procedures are followed at all times
∎ Reviewing the production budget and suggesting improvement measures
