Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent is responsible to organize and prepare factory for facing different 3rd party Environment, Chemical, HIGG vFEM audits and Environment/Chemical management program of different clients such as (H&M, C&A, M&S, Esprit, Next, PVH, Tchibo, Inditex & Benetton etc.)
∎ The incumbent is responsible to implement Environmental & chemical management system with MRSL, ZDHC, Cleainchain/BVE3 compliance for cut to pack with washing facilities.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to make, implement and update environmental/chemical compliance policies as per environmental law & different brand code of conduct also coordinate and implement different type of Environmental & Chemical project as per client.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to address all environmental issues of the factory including CETP & Washing plant and conduct environmental impact assessment (EIA) and implement environmental management Plan (EMP)
∎ The incumbent is responsible to implement spill prevention programs and hazardous waste regulations and implement ZDHC guideline, buyers RSL & conduct audits assessments and The incumbent is responsible to analyze of REACH, BLUE SIGN, GOTs, EPA,OEKO TEX100 certification of different chemical suppliers
∎ The incumbent is responsible to analyze of MSDS & TDS (CAS No. & Restricted Substances List -APEO, AZO, Formaldehyde, Heavy Metal Content etc.) for all chemical of the company and chemical test Report Evaluation both for fabric and washing discharge water regarding ZDHC standard
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, interpretations, and health and safety programs.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding analytical abilities.
