Core Technical Requirements
Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL
Solid experience with Odoo Framework (Backend & Frontend)
Hands-on with XML, JavaScript, QWeb templating
Good command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
Experience with Linux environments and Git version control
Proven capability in Odoo portal development and view customization
Experience integrating external APIs (REST, JSON, XML-RPC)
Responsibilities & Context:
Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules aligned with business needs
Analyze business requirements and provide scalable ERP solutions
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Optimize system performance and extend functionality through integrations
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and Business teams
Integrate third-party services and APIs into Odoo ecosystem
Maintain clean code, documentation, and Git workflows
Provide technical support and guidance during implementation and rollout
Stay updated with latest Odoo versions, Python practices, and ERP trends
