Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Apparel Merchandising & Management
∎ Graduate/ Post Graduate in Fashion/ Garments/ Textile/ Business related discipline from any reputed University
∎ Skills Required: Apparel merchandising, Merchandising and Production., Order Management, Sourcing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Apparel merchandising, Merchandising and Production., Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain professional relationship between buyer and manufacturer.
∎ To collect the PO (purchase order) from buyer.
∎ To prepare an order plan, according to the right product, in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities, at the right price, in the right promotion.
∎ To break down the order sheet.
∎ To prepare the order costing and price quoting.
∎ To set up internal order list.
∎ To monitor the garments sample process according to the buyer requirement.
∎ To collect the all of garments fabric, accessories & trims.
∎ To get lab dips.
∎ To ensure buyer approval.
∎ To make sure productions follow up.
∎ To maintain product quality.
∎ To follow up shipment process according to the buyer instructions.
∎ To ensure smooth shipment process.
∎ To maintain merchandising files and updating time and action plan (TNA).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in LAB Testing & Relevant Field
∎ Should have basic commercial knowledge.
∎ Ability to do Consumption and Costing of various kinds of Knit, Woven & Sweater garments & fabrics/yarns.
∎ Ability to quote most accurate pricing to the customers instantly.
∎ Ability to source reputed factories depending on product requirements
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude
∎ Should have strong knowledge about (Fabric, Trims, Accessories, Print/Embroidery)
∎ Able to develop production plan instantly.
Salary: Negotiable
