Job Context:
∎ We are hiring Senior Merchandisers/Asst. Manager- M&M for our highly invested and internationally compliant WOVEN SHIRT factory located in Gazipur area.
∎ Candidates WHO are confident to deal direct brands like Zara/JCP/Best Sellers/M&S/NEXT/ JCP & capable of working independent or minimum supervision, WHO are particularly looking for FAST career growth are sincerely encourage to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Order enquiry to business conversion.
∎ Work on SMV, Yeild, Trims/Fabric cost to prepare garment cost.
∎ You need to prepare order break down, ERP update, TNA, book materials (fabric / accessories) within the time frame.
∎ You need to arrange all materials to make different samples: Development / Proto/ FIT / PP / TOP / GPT etc.
∎ Follow through and keep all time update: customer PLM / TC's / Suppliers Portal etc.
∎ Responsible for buying all standard materials, regular follow up and bringing them in-time to meet plan cut dates.
∎ Responsible for closing all approvals - be it DTM trims / lab-dips / bulk dye lots / bulk washes / all types of samples / Testing etc that required to ship bulk garments on-time.
∎ Production booking, line plan, target VS actual production monitoring are a big part of your job responsibility.
∎ Work closely with inter departments much as harmonized manner i.e. Costing / Audit / Commercial, Finance, Compliance / Admin, R&D, Planning, Production & Quality departments.
∎ Follow up washes / prints / embroidery / all outsource activities.
∎ Understand ethical behavior and business practices, ensure own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization.
∎ Day to day instruction from your supervisor.
∎ Customer centric approach.
∎ Your performance will be measured by customer (how they feel confident) and on-time shipments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 - 6 years working experience in similar positions in a reputed shirt / Sweaters factory.
∎ Excellent command in both verbal and written English.
∎ Able to work under pressure in fast-track working environment
