job Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Sales Development
   • Design and implement sales strategies to increase orders for Carton & Poly products.
   • Identify new business opportunities and create targeted plans to approach potential clients, including Single factories, Group Factories.
   • Conduct regular market visits to build visibility and brand presence.
2. Client Relationship Management
   • Build strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
   • Understand customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
   • Maintain effective follow-ups to retain clients and secure repeat orders.
3. Strategic Decision-Making
   • Take initiative in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
   • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to suggest improvements.
   • Provide valuable input to management for pricing, product promotion, and expansion strategies.
4. Operational Responsibilities
   • Prepare sales reports and share updates with management on progress and challenges.
   • Work closely with production and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
   • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with dedication and professionalism.
