Job Context:
∎ The Senior Marketing Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating a company`s Marketing as well as communication strategy while also protecting the company`s reputation. The purpose of their work is to gain public understanding and support through planned publicity campaigns along with appropriate Marketing.
∎ Reports to: Director (Sales & Marketing)
∎ Department: Sales & Marketing
∎ Job Location: Naya Paltan, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide our Marketing team in planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies that help improve customer base
∎ Set targets, monitor KPIs, submit data reports, and conduct A/B tests to ensure consistent performance of campaigns
∎ Establish systematic workflows to ensure timely delivery of marketing services
∎ Review business reports, conduct surveys, and optimize top-of-the-funnel campaigns with a targeted approach
∎ Oversee the execution of promotional campaigns on our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
∎ Identify and recommend opportunities for revenue growth by conducting market research and evaluating trends
∎ Provide necessary feedback to the Marketing team on key observations after analyzing campaign reports, ad budgets, etc.
∎ Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department's operations
∎ Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print, Media etc.)
∎ Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company's presence
∎ See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
∎ Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
∎ Negotiate and manage agreements/ MOU's through the business contract process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced with the same industry will be prioritized.
∎ Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role
∎ Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
∎ Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
∎ Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
∎ Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
∎ Creativity and commercial awareness
∎ A team player with a customer-oriented approach
∎ Solid understanding of statistical concepts
∎ Strong grasp of SEO, SMO, and web analytics
∎ Having extra ordinary qualities, strong & proactive aptitude.
∎ Good knowledge in the related field.
∎ Good personality, well behaved, smart.
