We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication and sales skills who will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate and/or other business products or services.

Job Description (JD):
Promote and sell company products/projects to potential customers
Visit prospective clients and explain the company's offerings
Manage inquiries through calls, messages, and in-person visits
Assist in organizing sales training
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
Conduct market research to understand customer trends and competitor activities
Participate in promotional activities both online and offline
Coordinating project visits with the client
Represent the company professionally at all times
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory)
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing ability
Goal-oriented and highly motivated
Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
