Job summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication and sales skills who will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate and/or other business products or services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products/projects to potential customers

• Visit prospective clients and explain the company offerings

• Manage inquiries through calls, messages, and in-person visits

• Assist in organizing sales training

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports

• Conduct market research to understand customer trends and competitor activities

• Participate in promotional activities both online and offline

• Coordinating project visits with client

• Represent the company professionally at all times
