Job Responsibilities:

• Sell company services including websites, digital marketing, SEO, and hosting packages

• Identify potential clients and generate leads through calls, emails, and online/offline channels

• Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain services and close deals

• Manage client accounts and maintain relationships for repeat business

• Coordinate with the development and marketing teams to deliver client projects

• Track sales targets and report performance to management regularly

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor offerings

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

• 0–3 years experience in sales, marketing, or IT service sales

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Confident in client interactions and presentations

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, social media)

• Goal-oriented, honest, and responsible

Salary & Incentives:

• Base Salary: BDT 15,000 – 25,000 (depending on experience)

• Performance Incentive: 2.5% commission per closed deal(After Target Achivement)

• Expected Target: Sell websites & digital marketing packages

• T/A,Tour allowance,Mobile bill,Over time allowance,Performance bonus,Profit share
• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2
