Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and implement strategic marketing & sales plans to achieve corporate targets for products and services.
∎ Achieve company's goal through Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Database Marketing and Tele Marketing.
∎ Analyze marketing programs and adjust strategy & tactics to increase effectiveness.
∎ Prepare marketing/ sales reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data.
∎ Manage the Sales & Marketing team., Meet individual and team sales target.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
∎ Plan and carry out direct sales activities.
∎ Visit the potential customer on a regular basis.
∎ Establish and maintain good relationship with the clients.
∎ Monitor, review and report on all sales activities.
∎ Keep the management updated on periodical sales progress.
∎ Search and bring out new clients., Organize promotional events.
∎ Prepare regular status reports on marketing programs, analyze and share the post-event exports

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Press Printing, Garments Accessories & Marketing base Company
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Good knowledge on computer office applications, internet, email
∎ Ability to work independently under pressure
∎ Energy, creativity, adaptability, sincerity and honesty
