Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to customers.
Understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable product/solution recommendations.
Coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate product positioning.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare quotations, cost estimations, and technical documentation in coordination with the sales team.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and update CRM or sales records regularly.
Email communication with foreign suppliers’ Bangladeshi customers
