Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluates market information and situation to find new scope to improve Feed Sales & Marketing.
∎ Visit & meet the dealers & customers as frequent as possible.
∎ Address the gray areas of the business in individual and team works.
∎ Do the needful evaluation & research on the market trends.
∎ Ensure Team/Individual Sales of Feed Products as per the plan.
∎ Set up dealers/ Parties to maximize sales growth.
∎ Handling all dealers & customers with proper care.
∎ Receiving customer's feedback/ problems and solving them without delay.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for the knowledge of higher management.
∎ Take special care to collect the dues without further/much delay.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have practical experience at least 05 years on related post/responsibilities.
∎ Age Maximum 45 Years, having total experience in minimum 10 years.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Candidate from same type of jobs/works (Agro based company) will also get preference.

Salary:
