Job Context:
∎ The job responsibility involves looking after overall production of the 4 ( four ) Production floor where 14 (Fourteen) lines in each and every floor.
∎ He will be considered as successor for Head of production.
∎ Good leadership skill and technical skill in using ERP and other computer applications with good command in English is essential for the post.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organise, instruct and manage optimum day to day operation to fulfill customer expectations according to production schedule.
∎ Develop and implement production plan and schedule with shipment target following negotiations within departments.
∎ Supervise entire Production process & prepare proper documentation according to appropriate regulations as per policy.
∎ Responsible for new joiners on-boarding orientation and analyze and develop training plan for skill development.
∎ Manage bottlenecks, process time and throughput time efficiency by ensuring right production schedule and developing new plan.
∎ Ensure company policies and procedures are maintained as standard (IWAY).
∎ Develop and establish SOP for all level of production activities.
∎ Coordinate all departments and sections with effective communication for smooth operations with order forecasting.
∎ Ensure achieve better work place & health safety and other compliance issues for successful audits.
∎ Lead product development and quality maximization with minimum waste as to be cost effective.
∎ Prepare daily production report and presentation for production meeting.
∎ Ensure achieve right labour distribution to gain maximum efficacy and efficiency utilizing proper manpower and resources based on required skill for specific products.
∎ Keep good communication and motivate coworkers and colleagues for better workplace culture.
