Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Knitting, Knitting and Dyeing, QUALITY ASSURANCE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have the technical understanding and quality controlling knowledge of Synthetic weft knitted fabrics such as Single Jersey, Interlock, Rib, Engineering Stripe, Fleece, Terry, and Micro-fiber Polar fleece and Jacquard structures in both single and double jersey machines.
∎ Be responsible to follow up and technically support to the company compliance team to do all quality related Audits and Accreditations of our customers. Such as ISO Audit, OEKO-TEX certification, Buyer Accreditation and other audits ETC.
∎ Be responsible for strongly manage the entire quality and lateral correspondence and also should have the good leadership and motivational skill and Ability to communicate at all levels.
∎ Ensure & establish effective Quality Management System and the standard quality process within the organization.
∎ Should have the good knowledge of technical and quality parameters of yarn, greige fabric, finished fabric and end uses of the fabrics and also latest technologies and system using in the textile industry.
∎ Be responsible for entire raw materials and fabric related quality matters and need to follow up quality levels in daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure continuous improvements.
∎ Should have the capability of handing 35 to 40 tons of daily production output by managing the entire quality department.
∎ Should have the knowledge of estimations machine & manpower requirements and working day allocation of each Production order/Batch as per the fabric categories within the department.
∎ Ensure fabric quality as per customer standards before delivering to the customer and need to take the responsibility of customer care when there is issue raised from the customers.
∎ Capability of closely working with other departments to meet committed quality levels and customer specifications of all orders and monitor production Critical Path with other departments together to ensure all are in line with the QMS and final requirements.
∎ Provide and assist to sort out in all day-to-day quality related matters and solve all the difficult quality related problems through discussion with higher authorities when it is necessary.
∎ Be responsible to prepare and maintain in daily, weekly, monthly annual basis all reports related Quality, Production Consumer and management etc.
∎ Should take the additional responsibility given by management whenever necessary.
