Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan.
∎ Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved
∎ Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling
∎ Production planning & machine maintenance and also proper utilized MMR
∎ Doing In-line inspection to check the quality
∎ Follow up Pre- Final inspection
∎ To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP.
∎ Ultimately ensure final product quality
∎ Oversee the day-to-day functions with QA, PD, Merchandising, Planning and Design B Development department to ensure buyer compliance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Basic knowledge of garment patterns, Technical, AQC, & Quality.
∎ Experience in Woven, Denim & Knit with Print Embroidery & Wash will Get Preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments, Garments Accessories, Fabric, Garment Washing, AQL Standards.
∎ Self-motivated, sincere and hard working.
∎ English and Bengali proficiency (Written and spoken) is required.
