Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, modify, and refine knitted garment patterns in collaboration with our extensive network of manufacturers and suppliers.
∎ Work closely with design teams and production partners to ensure precise and feasible knitted patterns.
∎ Uphold high-quality standards in pattern development, fitting, and refinement processes across our global sourcing network.
∎ Maintain comprehensive pattern records and optimize production efficiency in liaison with multiple partners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven expertise as a Knits Pattern Master within the fashion or textile industry, particularly in liaison/sourcing settings.
∎ Proficiency in pattern-making software (e.g., Gerber, Lectra) and manual pattern-making skills and in manual consumption. experience in CMPTW business
∎ In-depth knowledge of knitwear construction, yarns, and garment finishing applicable to diverse production environments.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across various stakeholders.
