Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the overall production and quality management includes scheduling, raw material procurement, fabric production, garment quality to shipment
∎ Liaison with buyers on compliance, technical, quality management, audit and final inspection.
∎ Prepare the Quality Manual of the factory and doing regular audit for the entire manufacturing processes.
∎ Report to owner and top management regarding monthly performance of all departments.
∎ Prepare and conduct training modules for all positions of the garments production.
∎ Manage the entire garments manufacturing process which includes planning, cutting, sewing, printing, finishing, packing and delivery.
