Additional Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record in Modern Trade operations.
- Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience across multiple marketing channels.
- Act as a mentor to lead, guide, and monitor the Modern Trade team in introducing and promoting new products across Bangladesh.
- Strong experience in client management, negotiation, sales meetings, and building long-term relationships with key partners.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in modern trade channels (e.g., superstores, hypermarkets, and chain outlets).
- Negotiate shelf space, promotional activities, and commercial terms with modern trade partners.
- Monitor stock levels at outlets and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, analyze consumer trends, and evaluate sales team performance.
- Ensure timely reporting on sales performance, shelf share, pricing, and other key metrics to management.
