∎ BBA/MBA from reputed local/international universities
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set target, plan & drive merchant acquisition activity as per business goal
∎ Engage & drive different agencies for merchant acquisition as per set target & plan
∎ Provide meaningful inputs to develop merchant app and smooth merchant operation process
∎ Ensure delivery of QR code display & campaign communication materials at merchant points within shortest possible time
∎ Follow up with back office team to ensure fastest activation of merchant wallets
∎ Prepare quarterly/yearly budget for drive merchant acquisition
∎ Check & handle compliance related issues that arise from merchant operation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MNCs or other renowned corporate body/group of companies in similar role is preferred.
∎ Fintech Industry or Mobile Financial Services (MFS) is added advantage
∎ Good at interpersonal communication
∎ Performance oriented
∎ Outgoing personality with the ability to stay calm under pressure
∎ Good organizational skills
∎ Discreet, tactful, efficient and well organize
∎ Strong Team building and leadership skills
∎ Analytical ability
∎ Tech-savvy
