∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
8 to 10 years experience in related department, Garments, Marketing and merchandising
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market focus & market analysis, attend buying meeting for order.
∎ Developing and building new client relationships for business growth.
∎ Order Follow-up / Coordination.
∎ Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
∎ Review and confirm Purchase orders.
∎ Monitor and check production status.
∎ Monitor, troubleshooting TNA plan and critical path to meet inspection / shipment date.
∎ Strong ability on Supply chain/Backward linkage management.
∎ Responsible for processing orders independently from development till shipment, Follow up the planning/production/commercial team to ensure shipment moves on time.
∎ Manage client account from order inquiry to shipment, Inventory and Supply chain.
∎ Handle sample development and approval process. Carry out the sampling processes of the products involved.
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
∎ Cost calculation& price negotiation with buyer to reach the final acceptable prices. Follow up with buyer for the feedback of the price, sample & capacity/space booking.
∎ Keep close liaison with buyers & Suppliers for any update of the production.
∎ Monitoring all kind of production samples such as pp. sample, size set sample, shipment sample before dead line of buyer requirement and yarn, Accessories booking and in-house on time.
∎ Make T&A (Time & Action) plan & ensuring cross check with IE & planning department to maintain OTS.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Working closely with Compliance Team for factory evaluation/audits on clients. Knowledge of issues and psychology of social/quality compliance.
