∎ Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media strategy development and execution.

∎ Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
∎ Oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media management and online advertising campaigns.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as distributors, suppliers, and industry partners to strengthen market presence.
∎ Formulate growth driven trade marketing strategies & track performance against set standards.
∎ Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance against KPIs and ROI targets, ensuring continuous improvement.
∎ SKU wise product performance analysis & generate key insights for development.
∎ Lead promotional activities and branding efforts to enhance the company’s market position.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and relevance in all marketing activities.
∎ Participate in or lead special projects aimed at improving marketing operations or achieving strategic goals.
