Responsibilities & Context:
1. Sales & Customer Handling
Greet and assist showroom visitors professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ceramic tiles and sanitary ware products.
Prepare Customer data who are visited our showroom.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure proper follow-up.
2. Showroom Display & Visual Merchandising
Maintain organized and attractive product displays.
Ensure proper labeling, price tags, and product information boards.
Update displays according to new product launches and marketing guidelines.
Ensure showroom cleanliness and visual standards.
3. Inventory & Sample Control
Maintain showroom stock, samples, catalogs, and promotional materials.
Maintain SKU-wise record of display items.
Prevent damage, loss, or misuse of samples and assets.
4. Coordination & Order Execution
Coordinate with sales office for timely order delivery.
Track order status and update customers accordingly.
Assist in resolving delivery or quality-related issues.
5. Dealer & Trade Partner Support
Assist dealers, architects, contractors, and interior designers visiting the showroom.
Provide technical product details and brochures.
Maintain professional relationships to encourage repeat business.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily footfall and inquiry reports.
Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Maintain customer database and follow-up records.
7. Compliance & Discipline
Follow company pricing policy, discount matrix, and showroom SOP.
Ensure safety, discipline, and ethical sales practices.
Protect company property and confidential information.
Follow the prescribed company dress code, grooming standards, and professional appearance guidelines while on duty.
