Sales Strategy & Divisional Planning
Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly divisional sales plans aligned with production capacity and business goals.
Set and monitor territory-wise sales targets for tyre, bearing, industrial, chemical, rubber, and polymer products.
Design tour programs and route plans for field force to ensure effective market coverage.
Propose and implement sales incentive schemes for field force to drive volume, value, and collection efficiency.
Dealer, Distributor & Channel Development
Develop, appoint, and manage dealers, distributors, and industrial channel partners across the division.
Ensure effective dealer point communication, visibility, and branding as per company standards.
Support channel partners in business planning, stock management, and sales execution.
Market Development & Business Expansion
Conduct regular market research, surveys, and field visits to identify new opportunities and customer segments.
Analyze competitor activities including pricing, product positioning, trade schemes, and credit terms.
Develop strategic initiatives to expand market share in tyre, bearing, industrial, chemical, rubber, and polymer segments.
Identify and penetrate new industrial and institutional markets.
Promotional & Brand Activation
Develop quarterly and monthly divisional promotional plans in coordination with marketing.
Monitor and evaluate promotional effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Introduce innovative trade and industrial promotional models to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
Sales Operations, Forecasting & Supply Coordination
Prepare accurate sales forecasts based on market demand, seasonality, and historical trends.
Monitor and manage inventory levels at depot and customer levels to optimize working capital.
Ensure smooth order execution, dispatch, and delivery.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
Lead, motivate, and evaluate executives.
Conduct monthly sales meetings, divisional reviews, and area meetings.
Identify training needs related to product knowledge, technical selling, and industrial market handling.
Implement structured training and coaching programs to enhance professionalism and performance.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
Resolve market issues related to pricing, supply, quality, and claims through cross-functional coordination.
Reporting, Compliance & Coordination
Collect and analyze regular market intelligence and customer feedback.
