About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished sales and business development leader to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead commercial strategy for bti in Chittagong. The GM / ED – Sales & Business Development will own P&L-driven sales performance across residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use portfolios, build strategic partnerships, and lead a high-performing sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute the overall sales, go-to-market, and business development strategy aligned with company objectives and product pipeline.
● Own revenue targets, pricing strategy, margin improvement, and P&L responsibility for assigned portfolios.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities: land acquisitions, channel partnerships, institutional investors, bulk sales, corporate tie-ups and strategic alliances.
● Lead, mentor, and scale the sales organization: recruitment, training, goal-setting, compensation design, and performance management.
● Build and manage a structured sales process (lead generation, qualification, CRM, conversion and ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, consultants, banks, private equity, and key corporate accounts.
● Conduct market assessment and competitive analysis to inform product positioning, pricing, and promotions.
● Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, legal, and finance teams to accelerate launches, ensure compliance and optimize customer experience.
● Design and manage promotional campaigns, digital sales initiatives, and customer engagement programs to maximize lead conversion and brand equity.
● Implement customer feedback loops and after-sales processes to drive referrals, repeat business, and customer satisfaction.
● Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for the executive team; recommend corrective actions as needed.

● Revenue vs. target, sales volume, and booking velocity
● Conversion rate (leads → sales), average deal size, sales cycle length
● Gross margin and contribution to P&L
● Forecast accuracy and pipeline coverage
Salary Review: Yearly based on performance.
