The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing assigned leads, communicating with prospective students, and converting qualified enquiries into successful enrollments. This role is designed for individuals who are comfortable working with clear performance targets, daily activity tracking, and outcome-based evaluation.
The position involves high-volume client communication through phone calls, online meetings, and written follow-ups. Consistent performance, follow-up discipline, and the ability to move conversations toward decisions are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in fluent, professional English
Take ownership of assigned leads and manage them through the full conversion cycle
Convert daily incoming enquiries into consultations and enrollments
Conduct structured follow-ups on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Identify student needs and clearly communicate suitable study options
Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward informed decisions
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status
Work against defined KPIs related to calls, conversions, and outcomes
Coordinate internally to ensure timely documentation and application processing
Maintain professional communication standards with students and partners
Handle agents and referral sources when required
Ensure timely responses, clear updates, and proper handover of cases
Take accountability for individual performance and conversion results
Maintain discipline in time management and remote work execution
