Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ CA or CMA at least partly qualified
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Audit investigation, Auditing, Compliance Audit, Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation and execution of detailed monthly & yearly audit plan over procurement, production, all kind of bill approval & payment as well as other functions of group of companies.
∎ Assessment and evaluation of internal control system of the company
∎ Check & verification of control tools over inventory management of all concern of group of companies as well as reconciliation between the physical vs recorded inventory
∎ Timely evaluation of the internal control system, risk of operation, justification of the cost effectiveness, evaluation of financial statements and suggest for necessary improvement.
∎ Check & verification of books of accounts and other related record of accounting system.
∎ Check & verify all transactions are made in accordance with the organization internal Operating Procedures or policy like, purchase policy, sales policy, car maintenance policy, product policy etc.
∎ Review and finalize the draft reports by the auditors and submit periodic report on timely basis
∎ Develop audit manual and suggest procedures, policies as an when required by the management
∎ Compliance of internal operational activities, policies, procedures, operational system & process.
∎ Carrying out special Audits from time to time as directed by the management and reporting the findings

∎ Must be self Motivated, Honest, Sincere & Obedient.
