Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc In Textile Engineering from a reputed University.
∎ Having major of Garments/ Apparel Manufacturing will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): GPQ
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive production file from marketing dept. and compare with master sample file with collecting all size set as well as pp comments report,
∎ Conduct PPM to in line, in process, end line QC and highlighting-fabric, Trims, workmanship of sewing, measurement, critical operation, embroidery/printing requirements as per buyer specification,
∎ Maintain QA System and Procedures of the company in compliance with the demand and requirements of the end customers,
∎ Provide fabric, print and embroidery, trims and accessories approval for bulk production,
∎ Ensure quality standard in fabric, print-embroidery, sewing and finishing as per buyer requirement,
∎ Coordinate with every Department Head to ensure quality system is followed at every step of production,
∎ Correspondence with Buyer concerning quality issues,
∎ Pre-final inspection according to AQL,
∎ Follow-up test cutting, production and shipment,
∎ Make defective, re-inspection, blocking rate analysis report as well as make in line production and quality.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling C&A.
∎ Proven experience in related field from any reputed organization from GPQ department.
∎ Pro-active, Independent Self-motivated having self confidence.
∎ Having good responding skill to invented office management with chain of command.
∎ Able to communicate effectively with all levels.
∎ Self-motivated having self confidence.
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office.
