Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (M.Com)/ MBA in Finance or Accounting from any reputed university.
∎ ACA/CA Partly Qualified, ACCA, ICMA.

Job Context:
∎ United Trust is the Social Welfare organ of the United Group, a renowned conglomerate of the Country`s Business Sector. ∎ Department: Finance & Accounts

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finance Administration
∎ Ensure the efficient day-to-day management of the Trust's Finance function
∎ Ensure all bank accounts are reconciled on a regular basis
∎ Be responsible for overseeing the timely completion, and accuracy, of the Trust's monthly payroll
∎ Ensure the prompt and accurate payment of all supplier invoices
∎ Ensure that all manual and computerized records and filing systems relating to all areas within their remit are maintained as required.
∎ Management Reporting
∎ Monitoring the Trusts financial position and producing monthly management information for review by the Senior Management Teams, and the Trusts finance committees
∎ Ensure the financial information underpinning the monthly management reports is prepared in line with best practice
∎ Proactively support and provide appropriate guidance to the Trusts budget holders.
∎ Budgeting
∎ Prepare the Trust's annual budget
∎ Prepare financial returns for submission to the related stakeholders
∎ Compliance
∎ Ensure the Trust's financial procedures manual is reviewed and updated as necessary in line with the best practice
∎ General
∎ Keep up-to-date with developments and changes in associated legislation and guidance, and communicate information to colleagues as appropriate
∎ Seek, consider, and act upon professional support and advice as required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant experience will be preferred

Salary: Negotiable
