∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Any relevant certification regarding the job context
∎ Training/Trade Course: Lean manufacturing,Supply chain management,Six sigma
∎ Skills Required: Data Analysis, Leadership and interpersonal skills, Microsoft Office Applications, Quality Control Management, strategic thinking and planning skills, Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Production Management, Production planning, stitching
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Context:
∎ Senior Manger will be successor for Head of Production (Stitching).
∎ Home Textile Production of 56 lines
∎ Strong leadership skills to coordinate between production, quality and other departments through production planning and forecasting.
∎ Ensuring Shipment as buyers requirements in due time.
∎ Reporting using appropriate tools and software

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Organize, Instruct and optimum day to day operation to exceed customers’ expectations.
∎ Increase production ensuring maximum utilization of resources and minimizing unnecessary cost.
∎ Supervise the entire production process & prepare proper documentation according to appropriate regulations as per policy.
∎ Maintaining the quality of product as per customer and standards requirements.
∎ Achieve production target as per production plan to meet deadline.
∎ Responsible for enhancing workers’ performance and skills.
∎ Identify and give solution to solve bottlenecks.
∎ Perform root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
∎ Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
∎ Ensure new joiners are trained properly to maintain production capacity and quality.
∎ Increase overall factory efficiency and productivity by achieving all KPIs along with ensuring factory compliance.
∎ Coordinate all departments for smooth operations with order forecasting.
∎ Ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed
∎ Ensure buyer audits meet the compliance and quality of operation and Local and international laws.
∎ Develop and establish SOP for all level of production activities.
∎ Prepare daily production report and presentation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least Bachelor Degree in Textile Engineering
∎ Experience in Home Textile production will get preference
∎ Must be ready to work extended hours as factory needed for shipment fulfillment
∎ Good written and verbal communication in English.
∎ Able to Work Under stress and multitasking ability
∎ Excellent team player, independent, Can Do attitude, self-motivated, result oriented, meticulous, detailed, well organized and focused to meet deadlines.
∎ Candidate have knowledge on 7S Framework, Six Sigma, kaizen will have added preference.

Salary:
