∎ Education qualification will be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.
∎ Minimum 05 years’ experience in any export-oriented Textile or Garments industry.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated, and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the team of R&D (Textile Print Designers, Product Designer, Market Analyzer, and Separationist) to work on new concepts for each season’s Fashion Trend.
∎ Create own Fashion Trends for upcoming seasons by the help of Market Research and WGSN.
∎ Prepare market analysis reports of multiple regions to give brief to in-house designer’s team and buyers in meetings.
∎ Create Prints, Graphics, and Painted Artworks from scratch as per Fashion Trends and customer’s brand signature.
∎ Forward selected design to sampling process with all design specifications and comments.
∎ Follow up all required processes of sampling till final strike off and its review before sending to customer.
∎ Develop new fabrics (based on weave or blends) with help of weaving specialist.
∎ Style the woven fabrics or printed fabrics with new techniques to develop new product as per trends.
∎ Make technical drawings of product for understanding of sampling department and customers by keeping the target price.
∎ Brief drawings and required process to sampling department to create sample as per requirement.
∎ Do modification in drawings if required to make it production friendly or more cost effective at the time of sampling.
∎ Sometime gives customers alternate of their desired product to reduce the price or make the product production friendly.
∎ Review all sample’s quality and specs before presenting to buyer and send to them for review.
∎ After getting feedback from buyers, handover duplicate sample to production department with all technical drawings and product specifications to initiate production.
∎ Pre-review productions seal samples before sending to buyers and make sure its match with approved PD sample.
∎ Prepare samples for display of company in different exhibitions, such as Heimtextil.
∎ Give approval of Heimtextil stand concept, window merchandising etc.
∎ Give customer new ideas of packaging and displays of product in their stores.
