Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 35 years
- Only Male
Minimum 15 years of experience in the textile industry, specifically in WEAVING. At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role in WEAVING operations.
Strong knowledge of weaving machines (Rapier, Airjet, etc.), fabric construction, and process optimisation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the weaving department.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and cost efficiencies are consistently met.
- Implement effective production planning and manpower management.
- Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and operators, ensuring continuous development and performance improvement.
- Analyse production data and KPIs to identify and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain safety, compliance, and sustainability standards as per company policy.
