Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Minimum graduation. But we will give preference to those candidates who are with good professional background.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2 to 4 years experience in same position

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall factory production planning supervision and follow up.
∎ Submit daily production & other reports to top management with recommendation.
∎ Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly production plan in consultation with the respective management.
∎ To evaluate and assess weekly machine & manpower requirement.
∎ Maintain stock of raw materials & packing materials etc for running production and ensure supply for the following day's production.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of finished products to distribution point.
∎ Control and Co-ordinate activities of section in-charge, shift in-charge and supervisors.
∎ Make sure health and safety guidelines are maintained all times in all places.
∎ Monitor overall factory operations.
∎ Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff & facility.
∎ Concentrates about all kinds of inputs receives, studies capacity of operation, identifies and removes constraints to make optimistic use of man, machines and materials.
∎ Ensures achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective unit within given time-frame.
∎ Directs and controls the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by buyer requirement.
∎ Assures that employee disciplining is effectively administered and that employee grievances are addressed in timely and proper manner.
∎ Directs and controls the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning information support and analysis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be capable to lead a professional team with prudent leadership for achieving set targets.
∎ Ready to work under pressure and stress.
∎ Experienced as AGM /DGM in knit based compliance garment factory at least 2 years..
∎ To work independently with overseas buyers for order follow up, shipment and communication directly with buyers.
∎ Having clear idea about the quality of garments and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made exportable stage
∎ Provides the necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiencies
∎ Capable to understand technical comments on samples& products and fix issue.
