∎ Experience in Garments Manufacturing (Production & Shipment).
∎ Fluent in spoken & written English & Bangla. Proficient in e-mail communication.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Lead the team to production follow-up from grey fabric issue to ex-factory to ensure on-time shipment & contribute to wastage control.
∎ 2. Pre-treatment, Continuous dyeing, Printing, Printing Finishing, Exhaust dyeing process controlling.
∎ 3. Follow up Folding Inspection & Fabrics delivered to Cutting of H&M Buyer.
∎ 4. if any problem (such as - shortfall program, replacement program, official action against the concerned department/person, etc.) arises in the finished fabric inspection quickly communicate Account Manager (Mkt).
∎ 5. Follow-up packaging/accessories to keep continuous production flow and ensure on-time delivery.
∎ 6. Make a plan & follow up washing plant / Embroidery
∎ 7. Collect the shipment program from MKT and Prepare monthly & week-wise shipment plan.
∎ 8. Daily follow up the production as per shipment plan.
∎ 9. Prepare the daily floor status of ready goods & the shortlist as per the shipment plan.
∎ 10. Plan for Final Inspection.
∎ 11. Check the ready goods as per the invoice & container plan.
∎ 12. Container received accordingly for shipment.
∎ 13. Make sure the container and ready goods are okay/ not for shipment by QC inspection then start loading.
∎ 14. After loading use the number lock seal register maintain.
∎ 15. Date-wise cargo arrival time and out time are maintained in the register.
∎ 16. Time to time container & cover van verification and position monitoring and record maintenance in the register.
∎ 17. Authorized to delegate his authority to his subordinate with responsibility and continuous monitoring.
∎ 18. Cost minimization, performing lean activities.
∎ 19. Report to Management regarding the production, Shipment & stock after delivery.
