Experience:

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Group of Companies

• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Manufacturing Management/ Textile Engineering/ Fashion Design and Technology.
• Those who hold an MBA in Textile Technology will be given preference. 

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Group of Companies

• Age At most 45 years

• The candidate must have adequate knowledge of the inquiry stage to shipment in the stipulated timeline.
• The candidate should be technically sound in the costing & manufacturing process.
• Candidates who have working experience with US POLO & LPP Buyer will get high preference.
• Excellent communication in English (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
• Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.       

• Lead/guide/ supervise & monitoring a team of merchandisers to perform his duty & to achieve his goal.

• Sourced diversified product Buyer into the Bangladesh & from aboard.

• White Costing, analyzed the savings factors by using several indications like stock used and used raw materials alternatives etc.

• Flawless execution from development stage to bulk shipment & maintain effective communication with Buyer, Suppliers & related department into the Company.

• Closely worked with the suppliers to ensure their day to day progress regular execution stage which reflects in the work performance like I/H raw materials on time, meet on time PCD & keep running production flow.

• Established a high level of KPI in the Company and improve the inclusiveness of the team with the buyer.

• Monitor Supplier capacity which helped to proper utilized production line into the factory.

• Worked with each department into the factory within the process chain so that every department & concern person is aware about order projection & TNA and can improve their own gap within product/line layout, PP meeting, internal communication etc. So idle time is reduced and increased production efficiency%.

• Motivate to team to deliver on time goods and in great quality.

• Establish and enhance long-term business relationship with buyers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth.

• Should have to source new buyer & take new enquirers in order to avoid the order flow.

• Supervise the team's merchandising activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery.

• Provide advice and suggestions on product design to meet customer's buying objectives.

• Supervise he team to enhance service delivery and operation efficiency.

• Build and maintain a strong vendor network for product development and production.

• Handle purchasing yarn related.

• Work/liaise independently with suppliers from overseas.

• Identify potential vendors and materials for product design and development.

• Research and identify suitable product and market trends.

• Any other tasks assign by Management.
