- Certification: CA-CC/CMA, CGA, CS Partly qualified is must.

- Preference will be given to those who are working (Cost & Budget) in the Knit Garments Factory.
- Excellent planning ability·
- Strong interpersonal skills·
- Proper knowledge about ERP system·
- Sound knowledge in Computer application (especially in Microsoft Excel & Power Point)·
- Ability to take stress and work under pressure
Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage all operations of core Accounts process.
- Prepare and analysis of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
- Prepare annual budget and ensure budgetary control.
- Providing Difference between actual cost and Budgeted cost Separately buyer or order wise based on CM/SMV (Considering per machine cost, machine layout quantity, SMV as per set up)Drive Efficiency and Improvement initiatives around finance operations.
- Undertaking research into cost optimization and factors affecting the performance.
- Developing and managing financial systems.
- Motivate the team for good working culture.
- Preparation of order wise cost valuation of ready-made garments & reporting to the Head Office.
- Ensuring action plan taken by the superiors and initiate overall organizational budget and forecast, control whole accounting system to ensure maximum resources to be utilized.
- Any other tasks assign by the Management.
