Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Actively generating leads to expand client base.
∎ Achieving or surpassing designated sales targets. Skillfully negotiating contracts with potential clients.
∎ Assisting in establishing pricing structures for quotations, promotions, and negotiations. Compiling comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports.
∎ Delivering persuasive sales presentations to various prospective clients. Familiarizing oneself with and advocating for company initiatives.
∎ Maintaining meticulous records of client interactions. Addressing client inquiries regarding credit terms, product offerings, pricing, and product availability.
∎ Take charge of development responsibilities until customer approval is obtained. Provide necessary support to the sales team throughout the development stage and report directly to the team head.
∎ Handle any HR-related development tasks assigned by management. Maintain records of all original documents submitted by buyers to customers as per policy.
∎ Share weekly progress updates via email with the team head. Identify and resolve any pending approval or development issues with customers to ensure alignment.
∎ Overseeing the team's daily operations effectively. Inspiring and guiding the team towards accomplishing organizational objectives.
∎ Creating and executing a strategic timeline to meet set targets. Assigning tasks to individual team members based on their strengths and capabilities.
∎ Providing comprehensive training sessions to enhance the potential of team members.
∎ Equipping team members with the necessary skills to boost their confidence, product expertise, and communication abilities.
∎ Playing a pivotal role in the company's expansion by fostering a successful team dynamic. Leading and directing the team in alignment with organizational goals.
