• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Building & Construction Materials

• Age 25 to 45 years

· Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities across real estate, elevators, door products, industrial generators, and sub-stations.

· Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through industrial site visits, corporate networking, direct marketing, and market research.

· Client Engagement: Conduct property presentations, technical product demonstrations, client meetings, and structural site visits.

· Relationship Management: Build strong connections with investors, buyers, factory owners, project engineers, and corporate clients.

· Sales Pipeline: Prepare technical quotations, negotiate contracts, close deals, and secure timely order confirmations and payments.

· Internal Coordination: Work with engineering, installation, technical support, marketing, and accounts teams for smooth project execution.

· Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and changing customer demands across all product sectors.

· Reporting & Administration: Maintain CRM records, compile market analyses, and submit daily sales reports to management.

· Brand Promotion: Participate actively in industrial exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and company branding activities.

· Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales targets to contribute directly to overall corporate revenue growth.
