Responsibilities & Context:
• Elevator Installation: Perform elevator installation, machine setup, guide rail alignment, cabin installation, and commissioning works.
• Technical Servicing: Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency servicing of elevator systems.
• Fault Diagnosis: Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, inverter, controller, and sensor-related issues.
• Site Coordination: Coordinate with civil contractors, consultants, electricians, and project management teams.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all installation and servicing activities comply with workplace safety standards and company SOPs.
• Customer Support: Provide technical assistance and after-sales support to clients and building management.
• Technical Reporting: Prepare maintenance reports, installation checklists, and service documentation regularly.
• Equipment Handling: Maintain tools, testing devices, and service equipment properly.
• Project Execution: Ensure projects are completed within deadline and technical specifications.
• Teamwork: Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and technical teams for smooth operational activities.
Special Notes:
Must be willing to travel frequently to project and client sites.
Ability to work at heights and under technical field conditions.
Must have sound knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical systems, and troubleshooting.
Candidates with lift/elevator field experience will get priority.
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
Must be physically fit for installation and servicing activities.
